IGNOREMSG  - Set what your message will be to people to try to
                      talk to you when you are ignoring them.

Example:

  ignoremsg doesn't want to talk to you  -- Set your ignoremsg
  ignore deathboy                        -- Ignore DeathBoy

When Deathboy tries to talk to you he'll get:
 
  RecievingPlayer doesn't want to talk to you
